LAUDER GLOBAL ALUMNI WEEKEND
In Loving Memory of Leonard A. Lauder
We gather this year with deep gratitude for Leonard A. Lauder, whose vision and generosity - along with his brother Ronald - laid the foundation for everything the Lauder community is today. His legacy lives on in every global connection, bold idea, and shared moment that defines our alumni network.
“We’re an LGAW 2022 Singles Mixer success story. We met and never looked back! ”
Mariana Pavia ’23 Spanish Track & Jasper Tilmann ’19 Portuguese Track
“LGAW is my favorite kind of multivitamin: a perfectly balanced, highly concentrated dose of learning, old friends, new connections, and black tie soiree fun.”
Aleksas Juskys ’16 Spanish Track
“We raised each other—through two of the most intense and formative years of our lives. To be back together again, across time zones and life chapters, is nothing short of magic. A 30-hour flight from Bangkok to NYC? Worth it!”
Swita Charanasomboon ’10, French Track
FAQs
-
Lauder Global Alumni Weekend is the largest gathering of Lauder alumni in one place. Made with Lauder Love, LGAW is an unforgettable celebration of community, connection, and the global spirit that defines us. This year is especially meaningful as we honor the legacy of Leonard Lauder and commemorate 40 years of Lauder, a milestone shaped by generations of alumni who continue to lead, give back, and lift each other up.
-
All ticket options are available for selection during the registration process. Be sure to check your latest email for a full list of pricing and benefits.
LGAW is made possible through the generous support of the Lauder Institute and the Lauder family, which helps keep ticket prices as low as possible for our community. While we’re deeply grateful for their ongoing commitment, this year—more than ever—we need your support.
If you're able, we invite you to join at the “Friend of LGAW” level or above, which includes special perks as a thank-you. The more alumni who step up at this level, the more we can ensure that this LGAW is our strongest celebration yet.
-
Coming in from out of town? We recommend arriving Thursday evening so you’re ready to jump into a full day of networking, programming, and connection starting first thing Friday morning.
-
We don’t currently have Hotel Blocks. We recommend you stay on the West Side. While most events will be downtown on the West Side between Chelsea and Midtown, the Saturday evening soiree will be held on the Upper West Side (Morningside Heights).

For security reasons, tickets are non-transferrable - no exceptions. Attendees will be required to show identification to verify registration at each venue.

Yes, they do - every year! While we’d love to welcome everyone, venue capacity limits how many tickets we can offer. Registration fills up fast, so we strongly recommend securing your spot early. Once tickets sell out, we open up a waitlist. As space opens up, you’ll receive an email giving you 48 hours to claim your spot before it’s offered to the next in line.
And keep in mind: the next LGAW isn’t until 2029. So if you’re hoping to join the celebration, don’t wait—this is the moment to be part of the Lauder magic. -
Yes! All alumni are welcome to bring a guest. Guest tickets begin at the Standard level and can be purchased during registration. Please keep in mind that all guests must be 18+ years of age.
